Referral program available to existing Surf Internet customers (referrer) and new Surf Internet customers (referee). Customers may refer up to 5 new or qualified former Surf customers per calendar year. For each referral that results in a new activation, the referrer and the referee will receive a $5 statement credit for 10 months beginning the month following the referee’s installation date. Customers receiving the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”) $30/mo benefit are responsible for charges in excess of the benefit. Benefit is non-transferable. One benefit per household.
