Referral program available to existing Surf Internet customers (referrer) and new Surf Internet customers (referee). Customers may refer up to 5 new or qualified former Surf customers per calendar year. For each referral that results in a new activation, the referrer and the referee will receive a $5 statement credit for 10 months beginning the month following the referee’s installation date. Referral payments will come in the form of statement credits applied to your Surf Internet service. Program statement credits are not redeemable for cash. Terms and restrictions apply. Customers receiving the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”) $30/mo benefit are responsible for charges in excess of the benefit. Benefit is non-transferable. One benefit per household.
